Document content stays out of public search, translator profiles, and marketplace listings.
Document handling controls for confidential language work.
Pikka Hub is built to keep client documents out of public marketplace surfaces and inside a controlled review path.
Files move over HTTPS and use encrypted managed storage where Pikka Hub needs to store a file.
Approved linguists receive job access only after you request human review and Hub assigns the work.
The workflow is designed to avoid unnecessary source-file retention and to use time-limited delivery links.
What is protected
Source files, AI drafts, final files, messages, sensitive terms, and project metadata are treated as confidential workflow materials. They should be viewed only inside the managed quote, assignment, review, support, and delivery process.
What Pikka Hub does not claim
Pikka Hub does not claim that risk is zero, that every future integration is zero-knowledge, or that operational staff can never access content needed for support, abuse prevention, security review, payment disputes, or legal obligations.
End-user choice
Clients choose whether to request human review. When they do, assigned reviewers receive access through Hub for that job under confidentiality terms. Do not upload content unless you have authority to share it for the requested service.
Need stronger isolation?
Projects that require stricter controls, custom retention, or a no-operator-access design should be scoped separately before upload. Start with the Terms and contact support with the required security standard.
No security system can remove every risk, so Pikka Hub focuses on minimizing access, exposure, and retention at each step.
