Pikka Hub collects only the information needed to quote, route, review, deliver, support, and improve managed language work.
Information we process
We may process account details, contact details, language pairs, project scope, document names, uploaded files, quote details, messages, delivery status, payment records, supplier applications, and audit metadata needed to operate the marketplace.
Uploaded documents
Uploaded files are not published in public search, translator profiles, or marketplace listings. They are used for quoting, managed review, delivery, support, abuse prevention, and legal or payment obligations tied to the requested work.
Human access
Document access is limited to the managed workflow: assigned reviewers, agency teams, coordinators, and support or security operators who need access for the requested service. Pikka Hub does not use client documents as public portfolio material unless the client separately approves that use.
Retention and deletion
Pikka Hub is designed to avoid unnecessary source-file retention and to use time-limited delivery links where possible. Some records may be retained for dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. Clients can request review or deletion through support.
Security limits
We use encrypted transport and managed encrypted storage, but no online service can guarantee that risk is zero. The Security Notice explains the controls and the claims Pikka Hub does not make.
